In order to serve our clients as quickly, and as fairly as possible, we have these easy to understand service policies in place.

Clients with a service plan will receive priority scheduling for service and repairs during our normal business hours and may receive discounted rates depending on their plan.
Clients without a service plan will be placed in our normal service schedule queue and be scheduled for service as soon as possible during our normal business hours; billed at our standard rates plus parts.
Emergency service is defined as any client who must have same day or fast response service (1-2 hours) either during our normal business hours or after hours.
Emergency service charges as as follows: Same Day Service is billed at a three hour minimum with one hour of onsite tech time included. Fast Response Service (1-2 hours) is billed at a four hour minimum with one hour of onsite tech time included. Additional tech time is billed at Emergency Service rates. All parts are billed in addition.
